Yes. Our Lip Matte is approved by Malaysia’s Ministry of Health (MOH). The NOT no. of the registered product is NOT221102894K.

How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

We would like our customers to have the best shopping experience with us. As of now, our processing period is as the following:

 

  1. Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days. 
  2. Sabah & Sarawak: 5-7 working days.

 

Do note that order processing days are different from shipping days. Order processing means how long it takes for our team to process, pack, and drop off your order(s) to our third-party logistics (3PL).

How Do I Check for the Status of My Order?

Alternatively, you can check your email regularly, you will receive regular updates regarding your order(s).

I Received a Damaged Item. What Should I Do?

We hope to give you the best experience while shopping with us. We apologize for the inconvenience if you received a damaged item(s).

 

You can contact our customer service at +6011-37546768 or email us at cs@weabeauty.com with the details of your order(s), and a photo of the damaged item(s), and our team will process your refund as soon as we can.

You will receive your refund for the damaged item(s) within 14-60 days.

Can I Change My Shipping Address for My Order?

Can I Cancel An Item or Order?

Unfortunately, no. Our company has a strict "no change of mind" policy for orders that have been placed and paid.

Do You Provide Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) or Instalment Plans??

No. We will let you know when we have the service available in the future.

How Will I Received My Refund?

Once you have submitted your refund inquiry, our team will process it as soon as we can. Upon confirmation and approval, you will receive your refunds within 7-14 working days, credited into the account that you have made payment with.

We ship to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, & Sarawak.

As of now, we do not ship overseas.

Our shipping rates are as of the following:

Peninsular Malaysia: RM7.00

Sabah & Sarawak: RM10.00

What Courier Service Provider / Third-party Logistics (3PL) Do You Use?

Our current third-party logistics (3PL) is Ninja Van (Ninja Logistics Sdn Bhd).

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Arrive?

Our customers are our top priority. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us. As of now, the time estimated for you to receive your order is:

Est. processing days + Est. shipping days = Est. days for your order(s) to arrive.

 

The standard processing days are as of the following:

  1. Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days 
  2. Sabah & Sarawak: 5-7 working days

 

While, the standard shipping days, according to Ninja Van (Ninja Logistics Sdn Bhd). are as of the following:

What Are the Types of Refund(s) Allowed?

We want our customers to have the best shopping experience. The types of refunds allowed are as of the following:

  • Damaged item(s)
  • Incorrect item(s)
  • Incorrect quantity of item(s)
  • Item(s) that has/have passed the expiration date.

We strictly do not accept refunds for "change of mind".
