How do I initiate a refund?

You will receive the refund for the damaged/incorrect item(s) within 30-60 working days.
What Are the Types of Refund(s) Allowed?
We want our customers to have the best shopping experience. The types of refunds allowed are as of the following:

- Incorrect item(s)
- Incorrect quantity of item(s)
- Item(s) that has/have passed the expiration date.
We strictly do not accept refunds for "change of mind".
